Board Appointment

 

Renew (AIM: RNWH), the Engineering Services Group supporting UK infrastructure, announces the appointment of Sean Wyndham-Quin as Group Finance Director. Sean will be appointed to the Board on the 8 November 2017 and will take responsibility as Group Finance Director on the 29 November 2017.   

 

Sean Wyndham-Quin is currently a partner at SPARK Advisory Partners, a business he co-founded in early 2012. Prior to that he worked for Brewin Dolphin and Ernst & Young where he qualified as a chartered accountant.

 

Sean has been a close advisor to Renew over the past eight years, a period during which the Group has experienced substantial growth.    

 

Renew's Chairman, Roy Harrison OBE, said: "Sean is well known to Renew and we are delighted to welcome him to the Board. Having seen his work first hand, we believe that he brings complementary skills and experience to the team which will support our growth strategy and we look forward to working with him."
