 Allotment of shares

The Company announces that on 11 August 2017 it allotted 361,024 ordinary shares of 10p each (the 'Shares') at a price of 88.72p to certain ordinary shareholders under the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.

Application for the admission of the Shares to the Official List will be made and it is expected that admission will be on or around 17 August 2017. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue.

The terms and conditions of the dividend reinvestment scheme of the Company are available from the Company's website www.amatiglobal.com/avct_literature.php.   

The Company also announces that following this allotment the total shares in issue are now 60,732,900.
