Publication of Final Terms

The following final terms (the "Final Terms") are available for viewing:

Final Terms for

(i)         B.A.T Capital Corporation's €1,100,000,000 Floating Rate Guaranteed Notes due 2021 (the "2021 Notes");

(ii)        B.A.T Capital Corporation's €750,000,000 1.125 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2023 (the "2023 Notes");

(iii)       B.A.T Capital Corporation's £450,000,000 2.125 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2025 (the "2025 Notes"); and

(iv)       B.A.T. International Finance p.l.c.'s €1,250,000,000 2.250 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2030 (the "2030 Notes", and together with the 2021 Notes, the 2023 Notes and 2025 Notes, the "Notes"),

issued pursuant to the prospectus dated 31 May 2017 (as supplemented by the supplemental prospectus dated 8 August 2017) (together, the "Prospectus") in connection with the £25,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme of B.A.T. International Finance p.l.c., B.A.T Capital Corporation, British American Tobacco Holdings (The Netherlands) B.V. and B.A.T. Netherlands Finance B.V. (as Issuers) and British American Tobacco p.l.c. and each of the Issuers (except where it is the relevant Issuer) (as Guarantors).

The Final Terms for the Notes contain the final terms of the Notes. The Final Terms of the Notes must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus, which constitutes a base prospectus for the purposes of the Prospectus Directive (Directive 2003/71/EC), as amended.
