The Company was informed on 14 August 2017 that Matthew West had purchased 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 August 2017 and 3,000,000 Ordinary Shares on 11 August 2017 and that he now holds an interest in 63,600,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 8.76 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital and voting rights.
