BOARD UPDATE

Further to the announcement on 24 May 2017, Britvic today confirms that John Daly has  taken up his role as Chairman and Gerald Corbett has retired from the Board. As was also announced on 24 May, the Company confirms that Ian McHoul is now Senior Independent Director and Sue Clark is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.

Further to PepsiCo's announcement on 25 May 2017, Joanne Averiss also steps down from the Board today.

Britvic would like to thank Mr Corbett and Ms Averiss for their work and support for the business during their tenures and welcomes Mr Daly, Mr McHoul and Ms Clark to their new roles and responsibilities on the Board.
