Exercise of Warrants

The Board of Phoenix (AIM: PGR; BCBA: PGR) announces that it has received notice from a warrantholder to exercise warrants to subscribe for 15,714 ordinary shares of 10p each (the "Shares") at a price of 26 pence per share. The Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing issued ordinary shares.

The Company has received £4,085.64 and application will be made for admission of the Shares to trading on AIM and dealings in the Shares are expected to commence at 8.00am on 7 September 2017.

Total Voting Rights

Following Admission of the 15,714 Shares, the total number of Shares in issue will be 2,519,447,280. The Company does not hold any Shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
