Save As You Earn (SAYE) Share Option Scheme

The British Land Company PLC (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 1 September 2017 that Nigel Webb, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities, exercised the following options over the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence each ('Shares') under the Company's SAYE Share Option Scheme: 

Following the exercise, Nigel Webb transferred the Shares acquired to his spouse, Philippa Webb.

The transactions referred to above took place outside a trading venue.
