JPMorgan Global Growth & Income Plc announces that today it issued 175,000 new Ordinary Shares for cash from Treasury at 318.25 pence per share. 

Following this issue, the Company's issued share capital consists of 154,905,500 Ordinary Shares, including 31,069,215 shares held in Treasury.
