BOARD UPDATE

The Board of Blancco Technology Group plc is pleased to announce that Rob Woodward has agreed to continue in his role as Chairman of the Company.  Given the recent developments at the Company, the Board is of the view that it is in the best interests of the Company for Rob to remain in place. 

Rob had previously indicated his intention to step down as Chairman and from the Board around the time of the Company's results in October 2017.

This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 ("MAR"). Upon the publication of this announcement, this inside information is now considered to be in the public domain.
