("OFI") is a registered investment advisor with the U.S. SEC.  Its ultimate parent company, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company, qualifies for disaggregation under FSA regulations.  The shares of the issuer are held by the Oppenheimer Global Opportunities Fund which is managed by OFI. The percentage of holdings noted above is based on the total outstanding voting shares of 37,699,495. This disclosure is made in accordance with a threshold crossing due to a passive change; in this case the increase of Ordinary shares which decreased OFI's percentage of voting rights.
