Director's Dealing

Pursuant to Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 3.1.2-A, the following information falls to be disclosed:

The Company was notified today that a trust in which Colin Smith, Chief Operating Officer is beneficially interested, sold 87,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 46p per Ordinary Share, to a separate trust in which Colin Smith is beneficially interested.

This transaction has no effect on the beneficial interest of Colin Smith which remains at 1,330,768 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1994% of the total Ordinary Shares in issue.

The notifications below, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, provide further detail.
