Restoration of Ordinary Shares to Trading on AIM

Further to the announcement released earlier today, COLG announces that an admission document, together with the Notice of General Meeting, is now available to download from the Company's website at www.cityoflondongroup.com.

It is expected that the trading in the Company's ordinary shares will resume on AIM at around 1pm today.

The ex-entitlement date for the Open Offer is 15 September 2017.
