Fourth Interim Dividend Announcement

 

Bluefield Solar (LON:BSIF), a sterling income fund that invests in UK-based solar assets, is pleased to announce a fourth interim dividend for the financial year ending 30 June 2017 (the 'Fourth Interim Dividend'). 

                                                                                                                                                                                    

The Fourth Interim Dividend of 1.5 pence per Ordinary Share will be payable to Shareholders on the register as at 29 September 2017 with an associated ex-dividend date of 28 September 2017 and a payment date of 27 October 2017

 

Upon payment of the Fourth Interim Dividend, the total dividends paid to Shareholders for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 will be 7.25 pence per Ordinary Share, which is unchanged from the prior year. 

 

For the current financial year the Directors intend to pay a more even distribution of dividends in accordance with the strategy outlined in our Interim Financial Statements.  The first interim dividend for the current financial year will be paid at the start of 2018.
