Connect Group, a leading specialist distributor, has today been notified that Mr Mark Whiteling, non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as an executive director and Chief Financial Officer of Interserve PLC with effect from 1 October 2017.

This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
