Block Listing Application

A block listing application has been made for 3,200,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The new ordinary shares will be issued from time to time to satisfy the issue of shares pursuant to the exercise of options under the Company's employee share option scheme and long term incentive plan.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 21 September 2017.  The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
