The Company announces that, on 21^st September 2017, it purchased into Treasury 26,021 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.6039 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 328,521 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 277,590,432. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
