Listing Document dated 19 September 2017 in respect of the issue of £5,614,875 7.00 per cent. Extendable PIK Toggle Notes due 15 April 2022 (the "Additional Notes") (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing £160,424,998 7.00 per cent. Extendable PIK Toggle Notes originally due 15 February 2022, as extended to 15 April 2022 (the "Existing Notes")) under the Company's £500,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme, as supplemented by a Supplementary Listing Document dated 22 September 2017.

The Additional Notes are expected to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the order book for retail bonds segment of the regulated market of the London Stock Exchange plc on or about 27 September 2017.  On or shortly following admission, the Additional Notes will be given the same permanent ISIN (XS0880578728) as that attributed to the Existing Notes.
