Accrol Group Holdings Plc (AIM: ACRL), the AIM-listed leading independent tissue converter, announces that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed.

The final dividend of 4 pence per ordinary share will be paid on 26 September 2017 to ordinary shareholders on the register on 1 September 2017.
