The Company received a notification on 26 September 2017 from Praude Asset Management Limited, stating that, as of 25 September 2017, it has an interest in 1,570,227  ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 in the Company, which represents 5.1% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 30,875,856 ordinary shares.
