Interim Dividend - exchange rate

Petrofac Limited hereby confirms that further to the announcement made on Wednesday, 30 August 2017 of an interim dividend of 12.70 US cents per ordinary share payable on Friday, 20 October 2017 to shareholders on the register of members at the close of business on Friday, 22 September 2017, the exchange rate to be used to convert the dividend payment from US dollars to UK Sterling (for those shareholders who did not elect to receive payment in US dollars) will be US$1.3404:£1 (based on the exchange rate on Wednesday, 27 September 2017). 

Accordingly, the UK Sterling amount of dividend payable on Friday, 20 October 2017 will be 9.47 pence per share.
