Admission to Trading of Consideration Shares

and Total Voting Rights

On 7 September 2017, Braemar Shipping Services plc ("Braemar") announced the conditional acquisition of the entire issued share capital of NAVES Corporate Finance GmbH (the "Acquisition").  Following completion of the Acquisition as announced on 26 September, Braemar is pleased to confirm that the Consideration Shares have been admitted to the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange. 

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of Braemar in issue as at 28 September 2017 is 30,631,925 with each share carrying the right to one vote.  Braemar does not hold any shares in Treasury.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Braemar under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Unless otherwise defined, capitalised terms shall have the meaning as those set out in the "Definitions" section of the announcement issued by Braemar at 7.00 a.m. on 7 September.
