Director/PDMR Shareholding

AVEVA Group plc (the "Company") announces that on Friday, 29 September 2017, the following share purchases were made:

Philip Aiken, Chairman and non-executive director of the Company, purchased 800 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3⁵/₉ pence per share, at a price of £24.46 per share.  Following this, Mr Aiken owns 2,337 ordinary shares.

James Kidd, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3⁵/₉ pence per share, at a price of £24.41 per share. Following this, Mr Kidd owns 20,367 ordinary shares.

Jennifer Allerton, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 6,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3⁵/₉ pence per share, at a price of £24.48 per share.  Following this, Ms Allerton owns 12,000 ordinary shares.

Christopher Humphrey, non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,000 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3⁵/₉ pence per share, at a price of £24.46 per share.  Following this, Mr Humphrey owns 4,000 ordinary shares.
