The Company announces that on 28 September 2017 Robin Minter-Kemp, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 4,731 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 315.675 pence each.

 

Following this purchase, Mr Minter-Kemp holds 30,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.036% of the total shareholding in the Company.
