The Company has been notified by Sir Paul Stephenson, Non-Executive Director, of his intention to step down from the Board of Impellam with effect from the end of calendar year 2017, in order to pursue other interests.

The Board wishes to thank Sir Paul for his contribution to the Company over the past three years.
