Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, at 30 September 2017, the total number of Ordinary shares of 25p of the Company in issue was 127,602,695 with each share holding one voting right. 

There are 947,381 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure (127,602,695) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

On 2 October 2017 the Company sold from treasury 10,000 ordinary shares.  Following this issue of shares, the total number of Ordinary shares in issue is 127,612,695 with each Ordinary share holding one voting right.  There are 937,381 Ordinary shares remaining in Treasury.
