Final Dividend

The Directors of Schroder Japan Growth Fund plc (the "Company") have recommended the payment of a final dividend of 3.50p net per share for the year ended 31 July 2017.

Subject to shareholder approval at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting to be held on 2 November 2017, the dividend will be paid on 6 November 2017.
