The Company was informed today that on 6 October 2017 Nigel Connor, a Company Secretary of JD Wetherspoon plc, sold 546 of the company's ordinary shares at a price of 1236.5494 pence per share.

The shareholding of Nigel Connor is now 1,305 ordinary shares in the Company.
