PUBLICATION OF PROSPECTUS

SEGRO PLC ISSUANCE OF £350,000,000 2029 AND £400,000,000 2037 NOTES

SEGRO plc ("SEGRO" or the "Issuer"), announces the publication of a prospectus (the "Prospectus") concerning its issuance of £350,000,000 unsecured notes due 2029 and its £400,000,000 unsecured notes due 2037 (together the "Notes"). The Notes have an annual coupon of 2.375 per cent and 2.875 per cent respectively.

The Prospectus has been approved by the United Kingdom Listing Authority, a copy of which will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism. The Prospectus will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
