The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that on 9 October 2017 the following grant of options over ordinary shares of 20 pence each was made under either The Vitec Group's 2011 UK Sharesave Scheme or 2011 International Sharesave Plan to Executive Directors and PDMRs.
