Update on Court Hearing: Costs Awarded to Company

Conroy Gold and Natural Resources plc (AIM: CGNR; ESM: CGNR.I), the gold exploration and development company focused on Ireland and Finland, is pleased to announce that the High Court today awarded costs to the Company, with a stay on that order pending any appeal, in relation to the Court Hearings of the case brought against the Company by Mr Patrick O'Sullivan in the High Court in Dublin in which the Judge gave his decision in favour of the Company on 26 September 2017.  The amount of the costs will now be assessed and the Company will provide an update at the appropriate time.
