AB Dynamics plc (AIM: ABDP) the designer, manufacturer and supplier of advanced testing systems and measurement products to the global automotive industry announces the following dealings in the ordinary shares of the Company made by directors and persons closely associated to them.
On 10 October 2017, Tim Rogers, CEO of the Company disposed of 42,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 590 pence per share, representing 0.22% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
On 10 October 2017, Jeanette Grafstrom, wife of the Company's CEO Tim Rogers, disposed of 8,000 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 587 pence per share, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale, Mr Rogers together with his wife Jeanette Grafstrom remain interested in 342,953 ABD ordinary shares, representing 1.79% of the Company's issued share capital.
On 10 October 2017, Wendy Hart, wife of the Company's CFO Rob Hart, disposed of 1,975 ABD ordinary shares at a price of 587.5 pence per share, representing 0.01% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital. Following the sale, Mr Hart together with his wife Wendy Hart remain interested in 15,372 ABD ordinary shares, representing 0.08% of the Company's issued share capital.

Overview of AB Dynamics plc
ABD is a leading designer, manufacturer and provider of advanced testing and measurement products for vehicle suspension, brakes and steering to the global automotive research and development sector. The Group was founded in 1982 and listed on AIM in May 2013. ABD is headquartered in Bradford-on-Avon employing approximately 115 staff. ABD currently supplies all of the top twenty automotive manufacturers, including Honda, Toyota, Ford and Volkswagen, who routinely use the Group's products to test vehicle safety and dynamics.
