Proposed Appointment of Director

Telford Homes Plc (AIM: TEF), the London focused residential property developer, is pleased to announce that Jerome Geoghegan will be joining Telford Homes from L&Q where he is Group Director for Development. The Group intends that Jerome will join the Board of Telford Homes as Group Land and Planning Director in January 2018 subject to satisfactory completion of the necessary regulatory requirements and will make a further announcement in due course.
