As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, announces that on 10 October 2017 the Company received notification from Capita IRG Trustees Limited ("Capita") that on 9 October 2017 Capita purchased Ordinary Shares of 1 penny each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company on behalf of certain PDMRs and persons closely associated with PDMRs of the Company pursuant to The Mattioli Woods plc Share Incentive Plan as follows:
