The Board of Triple Point VCT 2011 plc has today resolved to pay an interim dividend of £671,546 equal to 3.30 pence per share to Ordinary Class Shareholders. The dividend will be paid on 24 November 2017 to those Ordinary Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 10 November 2017.
