Integumen (AIM: SKIN), the personal health care company developing and commercialising technology and products for the human integumentary system, announces that the Company is today posting a Notice of General Meeting to shareholders convening a general meeting of the Company to be held at the offices of Jeffreys Henry LLP at Finsgate, 5-7 Cranwood Street, London EC1V 9EE at 12.00 noon on 9 November 2017.

The General Meeting will consider resolutions to seek new authorities from shareholders to allot shares for general purposes and on a non-pre-emptive basis.  The Notice of General Meeting will be available on the Company's website at www.integumen.com
