The Company announces the allotment of 150,000 Ordinary Shares at 385p per share on 20 October 2017, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary Share as at the close of business on 19 October 2017 was 376.5p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 24 October 2017. As at 24 October 2017 the issued share capital will be 118,953,564 and the number of voting rights will be 118,953,564.
