Notification of New Directorship

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), Countryside Properties PLC (the "Company") announces that Rebecca Worthington, the Group Chief Financial Officer of the Company, has been appointed as a non-executive director and member of the audit committee of The British Land Company plc with effect from 1 January 2018.

Becky will step down from her role as a non-executive director and chair of the audit committee of Hansteen Holdings plc during the first quarter of 2018.
