Interim dividend for the year ended 30 June 2017

At the Annual General Meeting of the Company, which was held earlier today, Shareholders approved the Company's policy of the payment of a single interim dividend.

The interim dividend for the year ended 30 June 2017, of 7.0 pence (net) per Ordinary share will be paid on 23 November 2017 to those Ordinary shareholders on the register as at 3 November 2017. The ex-dividend date is 2 November 2017.
