Purchase of Own Shares 

Pursuant to the general authority given to the Company by shareholders, the Company announces that, it has purchased ordinary shares of 4 1/6p pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of the Company as follows:

Date of purchase: 16^th November 2017

Number of ordinary shares purchased: 55,000

The average price paid per Ordinary Share was 604.70 pence.

The highest price paid was 606.60p pence per and lowest price paid was 601.86 pence per share.

This represents 0.047% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).

The Ordinary Shares purchased will be cancelled. 

Following the cancellation, the Company's issued share capital consists of 116,006,278 Ordinary Shares.  Each Ordinary Share has one voting right.  No Ordinary Shares are held in treasury.  Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 116,006,278.
