The Company received a notification on 16 November 2017 from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc, stating that, as of 9 November 2017, it has an interest in 1,356,313 ordinary shares of nominal value €0.10 in the Company, which represents 4.99% per cent* of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.

* This percentage shareholding is based on a shares in issue figure of 27,172,153 ordinary shares.
