The Company announces that, on 20^th November 2017, it purchased into Treasury 25,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.9500 per share.

Following the transaction, the Company holds 1,809,421 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 276,109,532. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
