HomeServe plc - Directorate Changes

The Company announced on 27 October 2017 that after nine years on the Board, Mark Morris is to retire as a Non-Executive Director of HomeServe plc with effect from 27 February 2018.  It is now announced that Mark will be succeeded as Senior Independent Director by Stella David.

Stella has served as a Non-Executive Director since November 2010 and is Chair of the Remuneration Committee.  She was previously Chief Executive Officer of William Grant & Sons and is currently a Non-Executive Director of C&J Clark Limited, Bacardi Limited and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
