Ltd, and subsequent market purchases of Ordinary Shares by Mrs M Kerven and Mr G Kerven, Mr N J W Kerven and his related parties are interested in the Company as detailed below:

Following the transactions, Mr N J W Kerven and his related parties' interest in the Company has increased to 845,274 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.72% of the issued share capital of the Company.
