Exercise of Sharesave option and sale of shares by Jon Bolton

The Vitec Group plc ("the Company") announces that Jon Bolton, Group Company Secretary, transferred 2,300 shares to Tiffany Bolton (spouse) and on 27 November these shares were sold at a price of £10.45 per share. 

Also on 27 November 2017, Jon Bolton exercised a Sharesave option over 743 shares at an option price of £4.84 per share. These shares have been retained.

Jon Bolton now holds 27,023 ordinary shares in the Company, of which 3,742 shares have been purchased in the market using funds supplied by Jon Bolton and are held by Capita Trustees Limited, the Trustee used to hold shares in respect of awards made under The Vitec Group 2014 Deferred Bonus Plan.
