Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights

Netcall plc (AIM: NET) a leading provider of end to end customer engagement software solutions, announces that Darryl Ofstedahl, a PDMR of the Company has exercised 14,850 options over ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of Netcall ("Ordinary Shares" and the "Exercise").

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 14,850 new Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 11 December 2017.

The Company advises that, following Admission, the Company's issued share capital will be 144,586,470 Ordinary Shares which includes 1,869,181 Ordinary Shares which are held in treasury. As such the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights is 142,717,289.

The above figure of 142,717,289 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
