Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities
This notification relates to transactions notified in accordance with article 19(3) of the Market Abuse Regulation.
On 7 December 2017 the persons named below, who are Directors and/or members of the Executive Committee of The Sage Group plc., were granted awards over ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in The Sage Group plc. under The Sage 2016 Deferred Bonus Plan. The maximum number of shares that may be acquired on the vesting of the award is specified opposite each participant's name. No price is payable either on the grant or vesting of an award. The awards will normally vest, subject to the satisfaction of performance conditions and continued employment, on 7 December 2019. Awards are subject to malus and clawback.
