Notification of Directors' change of responsibilities

The Company hereby announces that the following changes to Board Committee membership will take effect from 1 January 2018:

·      Zillah Byng-Thorne shall become Chair of the Risk Committee and will cease to be a member of the Nomination Committee

·      Ian Dyson shall become a member of the Remuneration Committee

·      Peter Jackson (who will become Chief Executive Officer on 8 January 2018) shall cease being a member of the Remuneration and Risk Committees

·      Pádraig Ó'Ríordáin shall cease to be both Chair and a member of the Remuneration Committee

·      Peter Rigby, who is currently a member of the Remuneration Committee, shall become Chair of this Committee; and will cease being Chair of the Risk Committee but will continue as a member of that Committee

·      Emer Timmons shall become a member of the Remuneration Committee
