Publication of Annual Report and Notice of AGM

ZPG Plc (LSE:ZPG) ("ZPG"), which owns and operates some of the UK's most trusted home-related digital platforms including Zoopla, uSwitch, Money, PrimeLocation and SmartNewHomes confirms that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday 30 January 2018 at 10.00am at ZPG Plc, The Cooperage, 5 Copper Row, London, SE1 2LH.

A notice convening that meeting has today, along with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2017, been posted to shareholders together with the proxy card. In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of these documents has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM.
