Notice of Board Resignation

The Company announces that it has received notice from Ian Cormack, an independent non-executive director of the Company that he does not intend to seek re-election at the Company's forthcoming Annual General Meeting on 23 May 2019; he will step down from the Board on that date.

Mr Cormack, who was originally appointed on 3 September 2015, has indicated that, due to broader commitments, he is unable to ensure that he will continue to be able to devote sufficient time and attention to his duties for the Company.

The Company does not, at this stage, intend to seek a replacement as it considers the composition of the Board will remain appropriate in terms of its size, independence, and diversity.
