REPURCHASE OF MANAGED CASH SHARES FOR CANCELLATION

JPMorgan Elect plc has today purchased 100,000 Managed Cash shares for cancellation at 99.0 pence per share.

Following the transaction the remaining Managed Cash shares in issue total 13,681,140.
